Message Меня беспокоит низкая культура отдыхающих, отсутствие достаточного количества стационарных оборудованных мест отдыха ведет к стихийному загрязнению лесов и водоемов, невозможно выйти в лес: везде битое стекло и бытовой мусор. Наличие большого кол-ва кострищ, стихийная рубка деревьев. Это касается и городских, и пригородных территорий г. Минска. Каким образом можно помочь в решении этого вопроса?
