Ecoproject has been founded
by three experienced professionals who work
in different environment-, energy- and sustainable development related
fields, focusing on elaboration and implementation of successful
international co-operation projects.

Tatiana Dereviago
|
|
Tatiana's
educational background is Ecology, Geography and Teaching from the
in Minsk. She holds a Masters degree in Environmental
Management and Policy from the , the Netherlands, with the internship in focusing on energy efficiency policy planning.
Tatiana successfully graduated from the 1-year organized
by the Academia Istropolitana Nova from Slovakia. She is an alumni
of the for NGO leaders initiated by ACCELS and
USIA.
Before joining Ecoproject Tatiana worked as a coordinator of the
environmental education direction of the joint
Dutch-Belarusian Bureau of Environmental Consultancy Burenco. Here she
acquired strong skills in project development and implementation.
Additionally she
attended a training in Milieu Educatie Centrum in the Netherlands and a specialized
training course in environmental education in
Russia.
Ms.Dereviago has good skills in project development, management, fundraising
and working in interdisciplinary international multicultural team. She possesses excellent computer skills as well as speaks
fluent Russian/Belarusian (native tongues), English and Slovak languages.

Polina Pimenova
|
|
Polina is a Board Member and one of the three core founders, in 2000,
of Ecoproject (re-registered in 2007 as IPO "Ecoproject Partnership").
Polina holds MSc in Engineering & Applied Information Technology
from the
and in Economics of Industry, Transport and Telecoms from its Business School in Minsk. She holds a Masters degree
in (MEnvM) from the
, the Netherlands, with an internship at the
. Polina is also a successful graduate of
the (A+ grade)
of the Academia Istropolitana Nova from Slovakia, and has successfully
completed a Professional Qualification Training Programme in
Environmental Management for prospective East European managers and
leaders run by in Germany. She is a alumni (several times) and an alumni of the Community Connections Programme, USA for civil society leaders.
Ms. Pimenova is a Scholar at a post-graduate level in
Environmental Policy and Management which she pursued at , University of London, UK. Her post-graduate research focussed
on the environmental performance of small- and medium sized companies
in developed and transition economies and the effectiveness of support
programmes, based on the example of the UK. In addition to that, Polina worked at the
on the business case for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its contribution towards sustainability and competitivenes in Europe.
Some other professional developments and achievements include an AIEMA professional qualification and membership of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) in the UK and the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Polina has over 14 years of professional experience at regional and international level in consultancy,
investment banking and civil society organisations. Currently Polina
is a Principal level professional in environmental and social
appraisal of a wide spectrum of investment projects across industry,
municipal and financial sectors at the .
Ms. Pimenova has excellent skills in project appraisal, development,
management and implementation in an interdisciplinary international
multicultural environment. She possesses excellent IT, communication
and interpersonal skills. Polina speaks fluent Russian/Belarusian
(native tongues), English (excellent), German (good), French
(conversational) and Italian (basic).

Yulia Yablonskaja
|
|
Yulia's
educational background is Environmental Protection and Industrial
Environmental Management, Chemistry and Ecology from the Belarusian
Technological University in Minsk. She took part in a professional
training in Environmental Management for companies in the Netherlands
run by
and and successfully graduated from 1-year
organized
by the Academia Istropolitana Nova from Slovakia. Additionally Yulia
holds a certificate of the Belarusian State Institute of Certification
and Standardization upon successful completion of the training in certification
of products, services and quality systems for compliance with ISO
9000.
Yulia acquired strong organizational and NGO development skills while
being a Junior Fellow trainee at the in Hungary. She
is an alumni of the for NGO leaders initiated by ACCELS and
USIA.
Before joining Ecoproject Julia worked as a project coordinator in
the joint Dutch-Belarusian Bureau of Environmental Consultancy
Burenco. She leaded environmental management systems direction and
contributed to energy and environmental education projects
development and implementation.
Ms.Yablonskaja has good skills in project development and organization.
She speaks fluently Russian (native tongue) and English. |
